CRM on Microstrategy Access most important information in the waiting room thanks to the Microstrategy iPad extension to Quickbase
The Microstrategy CRM for the Sales & Marketing domain and can be accessed through iPad.
We use two technologies for CRM :
- Quickbase CRM is a flexible database as a service platform, on which each country can derive from a CRM core model its own CRM, then manage it and enhance it.
- Microstrategy Mobile brings the power of Business Intelligence and of Mobility (with offline access) to the CRM. It acts as a front-end. It allows to do more than Quickbase can. It is rolled out only on few countries right now.
Microstrategy CRM app we built is currently validated only on iPad.
The CRM for France includes:
- An online module using Visual insights for sales statistics per territory/region/business unit/clients/group of clients/...
- An offline module to access sales per client, client marketing/segmentation data, contacts, visit history, activity reports, rebate contracts, new contracts, ...
